From Canary Fall 2015
Rolf lives on the lovely shores of Lake Zurich, where glaciers once formed the Swiss Plateau -- not too far from the Alps, where glaciers are melting frighteningly fast.
Today's beginning,
an upward shower
of gingko gold held
by an impeccable
ocean of sky blue.
The afternoon storm
has torn them down.
The soil is aflame
with song and sail
cast aground.
